Guests will be able to relax in the splendid outdoor swimming pool during their stay and have fun in the brand-new multipurpose tennis and soccer field. In addition, the estate is located just a few kilometers from the attractions of the Riviera and the historical and cultural testimonies of the Romagna hinterland.
Swimming pool
Constructed with natural materials, the estate has a beautiful and very elegant swimming pool with whirlpool for moments of pure relaxation in the greenery of our garden. It is the perfect place to cool off or stretch out in the sun on the loungers available. In addition, the poolside gazebo offers bar service and prepares tasty snacks for guests.
Tennis courts and soccer fields
The multi-purpose sports field is ideal for tennis and soccer matches. It is a true sports arena with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and a lighting system for evening challenges. It is an exclusive location and one of the most unusual settings in which to spend carefree hours of sporting activity and physical well-being.
Mountain biking
Mountain biking enthusiasts will find the holiday farm in the hills of the Romagna hinterland near many off-road trails of varying difficulty, on dirt roads and country paths. Cycling is a widespread passion in our area, and routes for all legs can be found. In addition, the inn provides guests with reserved spaces for storing their mountain bikes.
Sport fishing
A pleasant walk of only 10 minutes along a path within the estate takes you to the famous Felloniche Lake, a hotspot for sport fishing enthusiasts in the area. The natural setting of the lake is truly spectacular, and guests can enjoy fishing in total tranquility.
Horse riding
Thanks to the collaboration with the “IL BIVACCO” stables, just a few kilometers from the inn, guests will have the opportunity to spend wonderful days on horseback in the woods or at the edge of the river with experienced instructors who will accompany them on the adventure.
