The Cellar



The Inn offers a wide and fine wine list, where they are widely represented the label of the region, with a focus on grape varieties such as Albana, Pagadebit and Rebola and wine par excellence of Romagna: the SANGIOVESE (name already used from the Middle Ages to indicate the red wine, the son of this land). The story goes that in one of the hills between Montalbano and Santarcangelo, Mount Jovis, some monks produced wine offered to travelers as the Sanguis Jovis ... or Sangiovese di Romagna.

Along with the reds in the cellar you will find the "BOLLICINE" to open the evening, and the "AMABILI PASSITI" to accompany the desserts and the end of lunch or dinner.
